Had to cut a hole int the fire wall for carb and stand the engine off of the fire wall with a second firewall. That allowed enough space for the standard mvvs canns to be mounted forward of the undercarrage plate
The balance its peferct with the three batteries behind the ruder tray. No need for any extra weight. I cant see it being a easy job to balance with a 85cc upfront.
haha thanks we figured out the battery a while ago. but i need to know what exhaust system you are useing. the evolution silencers doesnt fit into the yak
Yea the mvvs cans are 70mm the same as the gap between the uc mount. You have to cut a slice off of the top of the aly rightangle uc mount. Itll pass through sweet then.
I love the mvvs 116 in this plane. total reliability with more power than i could wish for. I would recommend this plane and engine to anyone. Xoar 30/8 is ripper.
The evo spec is a bit gentle maybe?. The xoar30/8 on the mvvs116 is a perfect 3d combo. The 30/10 seems to load the engine more with less pull out on the 110".
Once you hear the props tips supersonic there isnt another prop that could sound and perform so well. Try it man. youll love it.
yeah I'm liking that :)

Hey. How did it balance with the MVVS? Were you able to just move batteries around or did you have to add weight?
