@MANbearTURTLE I cut it this way because I wanted to see how easy or hard it would be to chop a tree down with it. At the time I did not have a tree to chop down so I thought this would be the next best thing. I posted another vid where I compare the splitting abilities of the kurkri to that of a standard ax. The kukri worked fine with the use of a baton. Thanks for watching, Drew
@seven4D7 I guess I wasn't paying enough attention during my log selection process, I was mainly concerned with finding a fairly thick log and anxious to get the vid recording process going. Then once I was into it I thought, "Well, I can't stop now". I needed to burn the calories anyhow :) Thanks for watching, Drew
I actually came back to this video because if you watch it outside in the country near pine trees it is actually pretty soothing, thanks for cooling me down.
That sounds like nutsarefancy back there.

@StroggosMakron Haha, I'm gonna have to watch this vid again...and Billy Madison. BTW, my fave Norm McDonald quote on SNL, "Oh, Drat!"

How did your hand feel after this? lol

@TopCityGear No Problem but you got patience to sit there for twelve minutes I thought you proved your point when you cut off the limb of the stump.
