  • Very well done!

  • i play trombone.....but this sounds more like an orchestra. and the band director isnt moving with the beat of the song..-no offense-. but awesome!! :D

  • @JoeCastle911 hey hey we got somthing in common we both play trombone we're awesome yeah

  • @JoeCastle911 it is a full ensemble not just a band, and by the way its called syncopation when the band director is off beat with the music. not trying to be offensive. and i play trombone too, i just started 2 years ago

  • @JoeCastle911 and upon listening further you hear that the snare drums in the background are playing on beat with the conductor.

  • wait is the music off just wondering not an insult or anything but i noticed that the conductor's hand movements are not on the beat...

  • @wontonboi64

The speed of light is faster than the speed of sound.

  • @wontonboi64 ah. thanks, didn't notice that =_+">,.

  • wow i wish our band sounded like this.... i dont know how to play one part which is why i went on here.... maybe i didnt hear it but thats ok... very good

  • other than the ending...beast 1st trumpet

  • it sounds really good, but where's the peercussion?

  • god i wish my school band was like that i would start fights at random call people i dont like belloch bring my 2 ft whip to school run from security after stealing someting of value only to be chaced out of the school by people with makeshift native south american costumes ..i look a bit more like nate drake than harrison ford tho

  • am i the only one who camer to listen to music instead of brag about how good my school's band program is??

  • me too!

  • @saxophonehero well, no, im in orchastra

  • @saxophonehero i came to watch to see how good they are :D , and they are good! plus, our grade 9 band had it, and it totally wasnt as awesome as this one xD

  • i play it on bass

  • My youth symphony is playing this right now..

We're pretty good.. but I swear our brass doesn't practice D:

  • Good job. I'm a second violinist and we're playing this in our symphony.

  • i should so totally do this, but on guitar

  • i doubt this is playable on the guitar

  • @jak5000

It's playable to the extent that you limit yourself to a few voices at best. It could be done, it would be difficult, and wouldn't necessarily have the orchestral feel (obviously)... but it's still possible.

  • the stage looks oddly familiar to the newest school i moved to haha, but the guy with the waving stick thingy (cant remember what its called at the moment) is too young looking so i doubt its my school :p

  • YOU GUYS ARE PRETTY GOOD!

My orchestra is playing this and were really good. Were really very young

  • how young because my schools band preformed this and were a bunch of realy talented 3-8th graders

  • I assume you guys aren't professional, you sound.. not bad really.

I'm sorry, but Shoreline Winds owns this song. =)

  • We have a 16th note run of G flat locrian scale in our arrangement. The first few notes are straight beats then they turn into sextuplets. I hate it.

  • My little boy, who is a big Indiana Jones fan, is really excited and pleased by this video! thanks!

  • bahhha!!!!!! trumpets sound so....AIRY!!!!!!!!! trombones are much better!!!!! hahaha!.... even though we dont join in on the actual 'theme' part of the song until like, 12 measures from the end. we are playing this for a concert soon!!! go 8th grade brink junior high BAND!!!

  • your band sucks my band is better noob

  • how would u know.... you havent ever heard our band!! * this isnt ours u squid *

  • seriously? How would u know u havent heard ours before... Genius

  • Horns need a little more work. Watch the high B from the G cellos in your line.

  • i was so happy hearing this, then hannah montana came on my TV, well it was fun while it lasted. john williams is 90% genius and 10% flesh, muscles, organs etc.

  • WELLL DONEEE!!!

  • haha we're learning this im playing lead Alto sax

  • COOL! I'm playing this in band as a 7th grade, 2nd chair flutist. We are SO owning that!

  • We're playing this song in band I'm flute!!!!

  • John Williams is a Genious

  • Unfortunately, you are not based on your spelling. ;)

  • lol

  • Some of the smartest people do not know how to spell. It would be a ton easier if the English language used phonetics.

  • Im in 8th and we have this in part of a song called "The march of John williams" with this song, the throne room, olympic spirit. and one other. They are all from movies like indiana jones and star wars and its really cool. good playing :D

  • Good song, the trombones look like they have the same piece of music I have.

  • The horns kind of disappear in the second part of the melody at the beginning... But other than that good job!

  • Wow. THAT was impressive. Very good. Keep up the good work.

  • Damn, That's what it sounds like? Im in 7th and we just got the music yesterday... I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS INDIANA JONES!!!!

  • uber awesome job!!! my band is playing this as one of the songs in the winter concert...8}

  • awsome, i love the indiana jones theme song, i love his movies too.

  • wow that sounds great im playing that in my band and im the only one who can hit that high note in the whole band

  • R U tryna say that yr gd?

    or mayb yr band suxs?

    lol...

  • lol

  • cool my class are playing this song

  • I love this song. Our orchestra played this song tonight at our middle school's concert. Man...I'm used to hearing it with just the strings...this is alot more real.

  • Tht was great! My school plays this but we dont sound tht amazing yet because we havent worked on it tht much yet! GREAT JOBB!

  • Exellent! my school plays this .. we are defintly not as good as you guys! amazing sounds as if im lisening to the real thing!

  • PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

  • this is pretty good..but..the trumpets could've done a bit better, but overall, it's awesome!

  • Some of the violins are way out of tune. The trombones as well.

  • no one likes u

  • So, you're admiting I'm right?

  • pricausium messed up in a few parts(i point this out cause i play drums in my band) and it started off alittle slow(i point this out because i played flute too). but overall it sounded magnificent.

  • dude, the cello part towards tha middle is hard as crap. haha i just played this at camp. :D

  • actually the trumpet part is pretty tought

  • trumpets aren't in sinc

  • Vary well done! It sounds almost like the actuall song! 10/10

  • i know the video says 5:54..but what is the average time of this piece...cause i'll film it on my digital camera..

  • The Official One Is 2:40 Seconds... So I would say around 3 mins...

  • The concert version, which is what they're playing, at the right tempo should be no shorter than 5:05 to 5:14

  • we're playing this for the 4th of July at Mackenzie Park. LYSO is playing this. i'm a cellist and i was wondering if this piece is difficult and easy to learn in 4 days.

  • yes, I found it easy to and learn, even the melody (because I play 2 instruments) although the base line is pretty easy. Enjoy your concert, if it gets posted I'll want to hear about it!

  • you sound sooo much the original!

  • that was very good trumpets did exelent i think the crash symble played to hard

  • the trumpets are awesome. and so are the drums! if only my school band would play that some time. and the cymbals sounded rather extra at the first part.

  • the trumpet part is rather easy though

  • simplicity is awesome.

  • suree

  • wooo!

    my band is playing this!

  • Good lord, you guys sound great

  • Percussion section just a little shakey in a few spots. But DAMN the brass and strings sound EXCELLENT. Great job to all! Standing O from me.

  • damn this is nice. my band could never play like that. do you guys play in Festivals of Music?

  • Last Wednesday our advance band played this it was pretty cool they were perfect and the highschoolers cam and played with us. This was awesome.

  • I LOVE Indiana Jones! When I was in 5th grade I played the lead trumpet in this song, like the famous part. It goes E F G C

  • Can a person HELP but to smile... when they hear the "Raider's March" I know I can't!! AWESOME JOB!!! GRRRREEEEAT PIECE!

    God Bless

  • crash cymbals sounded off track i think at the beginning?... just my opinion... didn't go well during the beginning. Good trumpets and snare drum! :)

  • Our school only played like 1/4 of the song. Our band wasn't to good so we had to shorten it. I played the bells. Why did nobody clap at the end?

  • I think it's just a rehearsal Lol.

  • Wow... DANG!! And it was so long and they got no pride in that -_-...

  • I'm playing this for a concert, but I have background so it's boring.

  • wow great job..you must be proud of them! i bet its a fun song to play for them.

  • i'm playing this for my spring concert and i play the flute and the flute part is really high. for some people in might not but i just started this year.

  • We played this song this year. i was a trumpet(well, still am) it was a pretty cool song, and we played it awesome, well, we always kick butt anyway. we have gotten all Superior all 3 years of middle school!

  • yeah we played this in 6th grade.

i was bass clarinet part tho. the tone is just amazing. awesome job! =]

  • im playing that song this year at a concert

  • we are too. not that exciting.

  • mee to. i play bells

  • We played this in the 6th grade. But of course, we did a suckish job.

  • trumpets did a great job!

  • their fantastic....better than my school! but we have never attempted indy.

  • Wow, i remember when I played this on the trumpet, this song is really sweet.

  • it is beastly,my school playin i play trumpet to, is ya'll have a jazz band try pink panther remix its pretty fun

  • omg no way wat school u go 2 we r 2

  • pitcher, u?

  • i play the saxophone part preety cool

  • This is awesome...i love the trumpets. is this an arranged piece or somethin?

  • cool

  • Great trumpets

  • gawd we have to play this at my school...hope it's not as bad as this...jeeez...

  • lol... Reminds me of queing at Disneyland:)

  • lol i play the song part for this.

  • *** clarinet part****

  • Wait, this song is called the Raider's March???? I always thought it was just titled The Indiana Jones Theme... Now my whole world has come crashing down.

  • It's called "Raiders March" because the first movie was "Raiders of the lost ark"

  • To me, That movie is INDIANA JONES & THE RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK.

  • the mp4 format and/or youtube convertors make it sound really high & loud. i guess it was better for those who were there.

  • :55 sounds wrong.... hmm. I played it in my 8th grade band.

  • not bad, but it could be improved.

  • Very nice..

  • like the song, but not the movie, not really particuarly. I think the flutes did well.(I'm a flute player, so I should know!)

  • better 0:16-0:48 after this much noise!

  • At 45 seconds there is an air leak.

  • not enough accent for the flutes and the trombone need to be improved... try to work on the tongueing... the violins is OUT of pitch and there's something wrong about the horns... nice trumpet!

  • i agree.

  • does anyone know a vid that only plays the clarinet part because when i play it it doesn't sound right.

  • i play the clarinet part! lol. some parts it may sound wrong because we dont have the melody. or it could be that your part isnt as advanced as this.

  • Yeah, that high part in the strings really did not sound good at all. It sounds like many of the violins were way off. And yes, I am a violinist who has played the first violin part for this song.

  • this is pretty crappy, actually, and no, I personally can't do better, because I can't play 30 insturements at once.

  • omg so nice

  • at 0:45 theres a major air leak from a trumpet

  • NICEONE

  • what orchestra is this?

  • Their trombones need improvement but overall all the other instruments were great.

  • Not bad. Kudos to Mr. Wuenschel!

  • i don't like it, boring

  • I'm staring at the score right now and that is NOT a trombone mistake at 1:45. They could some much improved intonation though.

  • ehhhh...the violins at the slow part veli scary....

  • the violins arent scary at the slow part there very clamming trust a person with some background info on them!

  • i love the feeling of the music at 1:47. i didn't hear a trombone mistake at 1:45 tho.

  • There is a trombone mess up at around 1:45. Other than that this is great!

  • Suenan bastante bien. Saludos desde Santiago de Chile
