Okay, to have shoes like that or pointe style heels, you need experience. In those types of heels you can easily suffer from leg damages. That's why it takes YEARS and YEARS to make your way up to pointe in ballet. You have to train your feet. You can't just slap on some shoes like that and automatically be good at walking.
