he is definately the reason i love billy elliot so much. I saw him for my dads birthday about 4 years ago, and he was sooo good! it made me sad that I gave up ballet, as i would have loved to be involved in something as amazing as billy elliot on the west end, and apparently I would have been good if i had kept at it :(

Layton was my first ever Billy. The first one is always special. But all the others were too. I just don't recall anyone being quite as explosive on stage as Layton. But I think the beauty of the musical is that Billys are allowed to focus on their strengths, so when you go on consecutive days, it's a fresh show.

layton was my first ever billy and i absolutely loved him in the role. none of the other billys ive seen since him have matched up to him in my opinion. i especially loved layton's voice. he wasn't just a good dancer, he had a fab voice too! perfect for billy!

Layton left Billy at the end of November. He is now appearing in Thriller Live at the Lyric Theatre in London. Go see it, it's a great show and Layton and the other boys are fantastic as are all the performers.

they have 2 different versions for electricity and about 3 for the last song. the ballet one was for liam mower cuz he was bril at ballet and the james lomas and george maguire had to learn ballet and were better at street dance so they did two versions

Well, I'm fairly confident you aren't the Dean that used to be the show. Whoever you are, choreography wise you are correct, each Billy's Electricity is unique. However, musically there are two versions of the song each available in two keys.
