I came across this when I was watching CurrentTV's "50 Documentaries You Must See Before You Die". Now I really want to see it. It's on Netflix, but has no release date.
Another one I'm dying to see is Paragraph 175, a documentary that recounts the atrocities Nazi Germany committed to gays - a group that was overlooked by many of the War films related to the Nazi's.
wow that is the most idiotic and ironic thing I've ever heard of. A gay white man not wanting to be in the same room as a gay black man. All minorities, racial and sexual, are brothers.
for real id kick their asses, not like ive never felt racist before , im a white guy, but like hell id let my kind be put down in front of me. all of us lgbt are fucked up by the system of who? the rich. no doubt about it . and the non white lgbt the most.
what type of jackass would refuse someone entry to anywhere based on thier race, religion, background,or homosexual means.thats just stupid. those people can kiss my ass and I am not just saying hat cuz Im a lesbian
Derrick, do you live in NYC? I live in Harlem, we should hang out and be friends sometime! I would love to hear your stories over coffee. I am a student at city college, what do you say?
TIHS MOVIE SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! I am a gay black man and the rejection to which I felt was so strong that I thought that all hope was lost! THEN, I saw this movie and I just sat there and cried because this along with Janet Jackson's "Velvet Rope" and Club Nouveau's "Listen To The Message" saved me!!! Thank you brothers!!!!
Thank you for sharing that. I'm from a biracial background, and sometimes I don't know where I fit into the world. This movie made me feel as if I was listening to someone who knew what I felt.
