dragunity has the fastest syncro speed ever made i can syncro with pilum and militum if i wanted to to summon trident and take cards out your extra deck the reason they make dragons that go with other decks is because they are to strong they are one of the most strongest types in yugioh today and then its warriors but only good warrior decks are e-heros and Geminis but Geminis have two dragons its the way the game is made
The only dragons I know that work as a whole without winged beast are armed dragons and horus the black dragons, but there level monsters, but besides that their good =D.
Thats why I quit yugioh. The only way you'll win a tourney or Regionals is by having broken decks that are on the high tire list. Dragunities will never make it to that list. Just like he stated Dragon decks in general will never make it to higher tiers as long there will be Lightsworns, Glads, Blackwings, GraveKeepers, and Samurai Decks out there. You need a $1,000 deck to win, which is pretty sad for a child's card game. MTG ftw!
Dragunity is awesome I'm getting a dragunity deck soon and Its gunna be awesome and winged beasts ale like humans with wings and in most story's about dragons humans ride them so it makes sense to equip them

dragunity decks only use legionnaire and dux as a bridge for dragons, but still it's not a pure dragon deck...That said, u can do some awesome dragon stuff, equipping leyvaten with ladd, also having assault stardust out and using red eyes metal darkness to help, along with stones and white eyes.
I have made such a deck and it rocks. Still fine-tuning it, but man I have made some awesome fields: assault stardust*2 + red eyes metal out, assault stardust + leyvaten with ladd equiped out(best field)
@Zafoshin and ppl would think these fields are too hard to pull, but I actually did the 1st 1 in 2 turns and the 2nd 1 in 3, I think. Y? cause dragunities are consistent!
dude stop whining cuz u love dragons. Not every type has to support each other i mean thats saying every single monster type has to support themselves. If that were to happen it would be hard to make decks and most archetypes will be gone . i run a dragunity deck and it is really good. espcally the combo i have with blue eyes. it strts with either dragon ravine or foolish burial, then you play a dragunity equipped with a dragunty then dump it then you play levaten then equip blue eyes from the grave. now you have an attck of 5600 and if you equip anotherthan its higher. so u say blue eyes doesnt work with other dragons? well it does and i dont run phalanx and whats the deal with phalanx? i dont use it and im just fine :D

Are we talking about official tournaments in a valid ugi oh card game store or get togethers among ppl u know? Because I play poker as well for example, but only with friends and acquaintances. I think the problem is the ppl u have played this combo with were few and didn't bother to second guess u. I'm sure if u ask a judge or simply read the card u'll c I'm right.
@victini111 Think of it this way: How can a card that gets ssummoned so easily(both from hand and grave) has no restrictions about its summoning conditions(doesn't say "this card can only be special summoned by its effect") and summons back an equipped to it monster when it gets destroyed also gain the attack of the equipped monster(s)? i used to run a five god dragon deck. it would move fast as long as a have dragons in the grave. then i found dragunity which is ok..... but now im looking to make another deck. i agree with what everybody is saying but at least have warriors equip with dragons. that makes more sense.

I like and agree with a lot of your videos but with the dragunity topic I disagree... I run a dragunity deck and it's badass... I think they did a great job with that. But I do agree on the whole there needs to be more dragons fit for a dragon based deck.

Hey man I think I can shine a little light on the whole Dragunity + Winged Beast (birds) thing: In mythology (I have no idea what nationality) a Pheonix aka a fire BIRD is the a creature with the power to overthrow a full blown Dragon. Does this help? Not really, it is just the only way I can think of that Dragunity + Winged Beast (birds) makes any sense.
Dragunity Legion and Marik starters have fuc#ed up the value of mirror force and united we stand. And why do all the new cards have almost white boxes in the descriptions? Thats not good konimi, not good!

LOL, why don't you write in to konami and tell them to stop printing wing beast cards and print more dragon cards instead. Dragons are good, but I hate to break it to you Dragunity has the speed that dragons do not. I do have a dragon deck in my supression. Dragunity are based off of roman warriors it makes perfect sense. The dragons are "weapons" that are "picked up" from the Graveyard. Not to mention they hug the graveyard, easy summoning/syncroing like crazy, and have MANY ways to pop cards.

Dragunity weren't ment for your ideals of a dragon deck...they were made based off a idea of 2 great mythical creatures with a alliance and stfu about dragunity being garbage it would sack the shit out of your dragon decks any day with lv 8 synchro every turn and easy ass +2s

i main a hundred eyes dragon, in my fiend deck, and it worked for me. and black rose too. ishe has saved me alot of times. reminded me of this duel where im agianst a crystal beast deck that got rainbow dragon and all feild loaded with that field card of theirs and i knew that on his next turn i would have been raped, but i got a tuner in the last second synchroed for black rose and nuked the field. then i pull out a monster reborn and rape for the win. black rose is a good card
the dragnutiy breed is a very challenging deck type. u need at least 1 of every each dragnutiy and some winged beast monsters. there is trident dragion and explode wing dragon that are very specifc that and only work in dragon decks. i have fought agiasnt dragon users, espicaly hopeless dragon decktype
I agree with a lot of what your saying, but you gotta understand that one of the themes in yugioh is to have the boss monster of an archetype be a Dragon. JD for Lightsworn, Blackfeather Dragon, Black Rose dragon, The Koaki meiru dragon ect. The reason they didn't make Dragunity all Dragon is because they'd be stupid broken. REDMD + Future Fusion + Dragons Mirror + an all Dragon speed synchro deck? You should be happy though Dragunity will be top teir and their boss (Levaithan) is a Dragon.
I think you forgot about King Dragun, he prevents your opponent from targeting dragon-types with spells, traps, and monster effects and lets you special summon a dragon-type monster form your hand for free. It may seem s bit difficult to get him out but it's as simple as using Future Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, or even The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion if you have the right cards in play.
@Sentinal1140 i think you meant red-eyes darkness metal dragon but yeah that is a good idea. Now if only i could get a darkness metal and a future fusion i could use that combo.
Just saying for an archetype to work you need a restricted card that only that archetype can use. ie black whirlwind, infernity launcher, charge of the light brigade, advanced ritual art etc. and archetypes that are doing well right now will have one of there limited/unlimited cards restricted to one. Until dragons can get a card like this they wont make it. :(
there are 2 dragunity cards that can be put to very good use in every dragon deck:
1 dragon canyon, when u draw a card, u can send a dragon from ur hand to the grave to send a dragon from ur deck to the grave(throw away wyvern and redmd, then get dmd back)
2 dragunity arms laevatein, when it's summoned u equip a dragon in ur grave to it. when leav would be send to the grave by an opponents card, special summon 1 monster equiped to leav (redmd).

@Middriver02 that's a neasty combo, but now name all the cards that can prevent you from getting those cards on the field. and the trouble you need to get through to get those cards and still get smashed.
some more dragons for dragons cards are red eyes darkness dragon, vanguard of the dragon, armed dragons, stamping destruction, dragon's rage and the dragons bead. but that's all i can think of, so i agree with you: THERE NEED TO BE MORE FREAKING DRAGONS FOR DRAGONS CARDS!
what nobody seems to realise is that... disaster dragon is a pure dragon deck build that uses light and darkness dragon, genesis dragon ect for locking the opponent down.... it can compete against zombies, blackwing, lightsworn ect... i know because i run disaster dragon... its only lost me a couple of games due to a couple of bad draws that rarely appear
@TeamMidnight2010 tbh i think it could b one of the few pure dragon decks that could actually go further than local tournaments and go toward the nationals, or even the world championships
I have tried my hardest to make a Dragon deck that is competent with other decks. I have yet to make a Dragon Deck that can truly compete with anything recent, especially the freaking Blackwings. Not dissing Blackwings, but, come on, they can easily swarm, have good drawing power, and are so supportive of each other that most strategies can easily be picked apart. Why can't I have THAT in a dragon deck?!

i agree with dragninuty thing of it being for only dragons but it would of made more sense to do warriors and dragons not wing-beast and dragons sense it seems more realistic sense there cards like gaia the dragon champion,dragon master knight,and also dark blade the dragon knight that equip to dragons
that's why i mostly stick with Spellcasters XD. not really much to worry about with them, with their stackin abillites, allowing you to get stuff out faster than usual and chaining abilities and also the fact that they work interchangable with dragons (Dark Paladin for that matter) make them a must have. sad thing is though, i don't have any spellcaster-type synchro monsters =(.

Just make a Red-eyes deck... there is a full dragon deck for you, Red-eyes wyvern, chick, darkness metal, Red-eyes B. Dragon, Black metal dragon, Dark Armed Dragon, dragon rage, masked dragon and so on. You have some good stuff just for that alone. Although you are right... dragons shouldnt be made to just be thrown into anything. Ancient Fairy dragon technically isnt a dragon at all it is a fairy since it belongs in a fairy synchro.

i used to run a five god dragon deck. it would move fast as long as a have dragons in the grave. then i found dragunity which is ok..... but now im looking to make another deck. i agree with what everybody is saying but at least have warriors equip with dragons. that makes more sense.

I like and agree with a lot of your videos but with the dragunity topic I disagree... I run a dragunity deck and it's badass... I think they did a great job with that. But I do agree on the whole there needs to be more dragons fit for a dragon based deck.

Hey man I think I can shine a little light on the whole Dragunity + Winged Beast (birds) thing: In mythology (I have no idea what nationality) a Pheonix aka a fire BIRD is the a creature with the power to overthrow a full blown Dragon. Does this help? Not really, it is just the only way I can think of that Dragunity + Winged Beast (birds) makes any sense.

LOL, why don't you write in to konami and tell them to stop printing wing beast cards and print more dragon cards instead. Since you "actually would like it", and you" don't like dragunity, because it has got wing beasts in it". The thing is that konami is a big company and they really don't care what you like or dislike. So you can try to boycott their non-dragon products and they will still be earning big money from other players. It's time to move on pal.

Dragons are good, but I hate to break it to you Dragunity has the speed that dragons do not. I do have a dragon deck in my supression. Dragunity are based off of roman warriors it makes perfect sense. The dragons are "weapons" that are "picked up" from the Graveyard. Not to mention they hug the graveyard, easy summoning/syncroing like crazy, and have MANY ways to pop cards.

i main a hundred eyes dragon, in my fiend deck, and it worked for me. and black rose too. ishe has saved me alot of times. reminded me of this duel where im agianst a crystal beast deck that got rainbow dragon and all feild loaded with that field card of theirs and i knew that on his next turn i would have been raped, but i got a tuner in the last second synchroed for black rose and nuked the field. then i pull out a monster reborn and rape for the win. black rose is a good card

the dragnutiy breed is a very challenging deck type. u need at least 1 of every each dragnutiy and some winged beast monsters. there is trident dragion and explode wing dragon that are very specifc that and only work in dragon decks. i have fought agiasnt dragon users, espicaly hopeless dragon decktype

I agree with a lot of what your saying, but you gotta understand that one of the themes in yugioh is to have the boss monster of an archetype be a Dragon. JD for Lightsworn, Blackfeather Dragon, Black Rose dragon, The Koaki meiru dragon ect. The reason they didn't make Dragunity all Dragon is because they'd be stupid broken. REDMD + Future Fusion + Dragons Mirror + an all Dragon speed synchro deck? You should be happy though Dragunity will be top teir and their boss (Levaithan) is a Dragon.

I think you forgot about King Dragun, he prevents your opponent from targeting dragon-types with spells, traps, and monster effects and lets you special summon a dragon-type monster form your hand for free. It may seem s bit difficult to get him out but it's as simple as using Future Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, or even The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion if you have the right cards in play.

Just saying for an archetype to work you need a restricted card that only that archetype can use. ie black whirlwind, infernity launcher, charge of the light brigade, advanced ritual art etc. and archetypes that are doing well right now will have one of there limited/unlimited cards restricted to one. Until dragons can get a card like this they wont make it. :(

there are 2 dragunity cards that can be put to very good use in every dragon deck:
1 dragon canyon, when u draw a card, u can send a dragon from ur hand to the grave to send a dragon from ur deck to the grave(throw away wyvern and redmd, then get dmd back)
2 dragunity arms laevatein, when it's summoned u equip a dragon in ur grave to it. when leav would be send to the grave by an opponents card, special summon 1 monster equiped to leav (redmd).

the only non dragons i use are 3 dux, 3 assault beast, and 1 morphing jar
i run those due to having an instant synchro dragunity/ assault mode variant and my hand is depleted easily

what nobody seems to realise is that... disaster dragon is a pure dragon deck build that uses light and darkness dragon, genesis dragon ect for locking the opponent down.... it can compete against zombies, blackwing, lightsworn ect... i know because i run disaster dragon... its only lost me a couple of games due to a couple of bad draws that rarely appear

I completely agree with you, my friend.
I have tried my hardest to make a Dragon deck that is competent with other decks. I have yet to make a Dragon Deck that can truly compete with anything recent, especially the freaking Blackwings. Not dissing Blackwings, but, come on, they can easily swarm, have good drawing power, and are so supportive of each other that most strategies can easily be picked apart. Why can't I have THAT in a dragon deck?!

that's why i mostly stick with Spellcasters XD. not really much to worry about with them, with their stackin abillites, allowing you to get stuff out faster than usual and chaining abilities and also the fact that they work interchangable with dragons (Dark Paladin for that matter) make them a must have. sad thing is though, i don't have any spellcaster-type synchro monsters =(.

Just make a Red-eyes deck... there is a full dragon deck for you, Red-eyes wyvern, chick, darkness metal, Red-eyes B. Dragon, Black metal dragon, Dark Armed Dragon, dragon rage, masked dragon and so on. You have some good stuff just for that alone. Although you are right... dragons shouldnt be made to just be thrown into anything. Ancient Fairy dragon technically isnt a dragon at all it is a fairy since it belongs in a fairy synchro.
