I have always been a fan of the a acoustic guitar - in fact I had two crushes on guitar players when I was a teenager. :-) Just this old song by Rex and his guitar is quite a winner. How many fine musicians do we hear of this day who can do this well? I am still looking for them. Each time we hear an artist who has been influenced by Jimmy Rogers it's definite that they know real talent and quality. when they hear it. - Paula

I've just discovered Rex Griffin. It would seem that this artist has been over look in the history of country music. I want to hear more of him.

I had never heard of Rex Griffin until I was told that he wrote one of my favorite novelty songs "Won't You Ride In My Little Red Wagon". Rex sure does have Jimmy Rogers style doesn't he? I like his voice. I read somewhere that he died very young.
