This is a Great learning tool for this project.  It is a relatively easy project as long as the worker's know what they're up against. This property had a slight grade (2-1/2" left to right). Not bad. For a steeper grade I would recommend drain tile (corrogated flex foundation drain pipe - sold everywhere in multiple lengths - and cheap/easy for the advantage). And I would make sure the R-factor on the insullation was what is called for in one's area - minimally. Not to mention savings.

Just a quick note - you might want to check the home manufacturer's installation manual for the venting requirements. I don't think 8 vents is even a 1/4 of what is required. The min standard I have seen is 1 sq. ft. of free vent per 150 sq. ft. of floor space. That house prob requires at least 20 of those vents you were installing. If it's a 32X76(box), you need 16.2 sq ft of free vent - that's 2332.8 sq in. You might have 600 sq in. on that home now.
