  • Hi, gourmandchic. From what I gather, the process of sealing soft drinks with marbles dates back to the late 19th century, and isn't exclusive to Japan, b/c I've seen examples of antique American soda bottles with the same type of seal. BTW, xlnt vid! (I favorite-filed it.)

  • @irishpride527 Thanks for that insight. Really interesting!

  • ramune is actually pronounced like japanese pronunciation, not ramuneeee

  • @splatgoesthefrog RAHMOONEY LOL

  • Great video.Try Japanese gummy candy.

  • i love those soda things with the marbles inside too. i buy them in denver colorado (i live in colorado)

  • @ChristianTheLlama Wow, they really have them everywhere now!

  • I agree, not only they have all kinds of flavors but also different sizes and totally awesome packagings! Anyone who likes design would be in heaven in Japan, they are really good at it!

  • @CarmenMCS Yah, even more amazing in Japan. Here, we don't see everything. I g nuts shopping when I am in Japan. I wanna buy everything!!!

  • Pocky, pocky, pocky, and where was the pocky sticks?? T_T

  • @RPG2k Ha ha....for this video I was trying out snacks I haven't had before or don't normally buy!!!

  • @gourmandchic Ah, I see! That's so cool - I'd be terrified eating so many random things I'd never had before!!

Japanese sweets are so different from US/UK sweets. I tried some cake kinda thing with sweet-bean paste in, and was like "....I don't know what to think!" =3

  • @RPG2k I am a very adventurous person...did you see my video on eating larvae worms? Ewww...lol

  • i love the ramune drink, but my favorite is aloe vera! i don't know if it is japanese haha

  • @ultrazyn It is Asian that's for sure! LOL
