Really, I am not a real fan of Hillary, but that was seriously rude. Usually, if that were a Japanese person, they would have been horrified and immediately left so as not to cause a commotion. That poor child must have been so saddened by what was happening in his country he just couldn't listen anymore.
Honestly, if a kid is bawling their eyes out, the parents need to show some respect to the speaker (regardless of who it is), but especially a dignitary, by removing the child from the area.
