Could u read advice on predator mites? Buy them! Just get small order of 100 or so. Once a month or once every 2 months. Never spray a plant after it enters bloom! Get rid of those insecticides!! Lady bugs are good too but predators are it. Good growing!!

More.. Take fan off lite and put it on floor w/plants on low. Or use smallr fan. Let heat rise. Fan on lite means ur blowin heat around just let it rise towards exhaust! U want plants moving from air circulation but not too much- air is good for soil too.

If u get ur exhaust fan (like an inline 4-6" duct fan) pullin air out of room right, u can eliminate dehumidifier & just use 1 fan on veg plants & 1 fan on bud area- save electrcity then hookup 600w! Don't know if ur allowd to cut hole in walls? Lol but next room over prob has separate circuit u can tap into;)

Best solution to circuit breakers tripping is to run big lights @nite. I always ran my own 20amp circuit from box thru attic to room for hps&flourescents. Then the outlets already in room can be used without worry. Vacuums can draw 1000w! Ur 400w can giv harder nugs but u hav to getit closer to plants or use CO2. Ur doin ok for now. LED have been a ripoff for a long time- they just don't throw the lumens out yet, they are gettin bettr tho. I use t5 fluorescent for veg & have seen em used for bu

@Growfreedom619 SD reppin!!! thanks man, yea my nug came out really good, top shelf, but i noticed they werent as dense as most og strains, and i figured its cause im runnin a 400w cause the canada cannabis guy demonstrated how 600 and 1000w produces denser nug, specifically 600w for whatever reason. I get black outs from using anything too heavy like a vacuum, or microwave sometimes, so I want to switch to 600, but i dont want to break my small houses circuits. Have you ever tried led? any good

Ive been growin for some years.. Tips for ya! 4x4 tent is a little large for 400w. 600w will be better, I've used 1000w in that before. The farther away that bulb is from ur plants the less lumens they get. Don't bother with fluorescents in bud chamber! Don't need carbon filter unless ur tryin to hide smell. Just put exhaust fan top of tent duct thru attic to roof edge where it can escape. Let cool air from house enter bottom tent keep temp 75-78 deg or less. If it's hotter than that increase f

@yayareaabc the dehumidifier works real good, it takes out alot of moisture and has a good size resevoir, perfect for that size. I will admit though when one of my water pans cracked and water leaked, the bottom of the dehumidifier got wet and it stopped workin cause the power cord is on the bottom, but i took it apart, dried it, and it works perfect again. Just dont do what i did and put it on the ground.

@rginoman yeap azamax is what im lookin to try next. Im actually usin pyretherum and pyrethrin (dont bug my by foxfarm) as my area spray, and with that and the mosquito dunks, I have no more bugs =) the gnat problem however is because im in the desert and with my dogs and their poop its a recipe for gnat heaven apparently. As for my fans and ducting, I will be lifting the carbon filter to the top so it can be suckin out that hot air, and buy more lit up space for grow =) Thanks for the comments!

AZA MAX for your bugs. Get the 400w. closer to avoid stretching, put the clones in some type of enclosure, put the plants in bigger pots next time (bigger roots bigger fruits) get all of the ducting out of the tent Box fan on the floor by the cool air intake & angle up GET RID OF THAT MOSQUITO STUFF and the SOIL TOPPER, what is that shit! ur name is SO CAL so u live here right (SO CAL) go to ur closest hydro shop and ask the most questions u can, take all the free mags. most of all PUFF TUFF

Thanks alot walkninja! yea im in the process of trying to find big enough zip ties to fit around that fat filter, and the bars on my tent aint big enough. but i dropped the white fan to blow the plants, and took that crap little clip fan out. im gonna do an update in the next few days since i see some good nugs =)

Wots up bro,nice set up you got goin I'm on my first grow to :) ,my advice to you would to be lose all that ducting and get your fan and carbon filter up the top corner of the tent,just with a lil bit ducting?you get wot I'm saying?just heat travels up so best getting the filter up the top, you could even put your fan on the roof of the tent for more space but looks like you got plenty :) wish a had room for a bigger tent man id fill that bitch up. @ SO CAL.. take the cfm fan hook it up to the carbon filter an assemble that on the opposite vent ( out side of the tent, or on top) of the cool air in take that way there is more more and air is pulled out of the tent as well, clean air.. if too much air is pulled out add another fan, small vornado..
