  • @mutatenow... one of the first modifications a bender will do on one of these boards is to cut the trace that leads to the power-off feature. The challenge is to find where it is and know which side of the trace to cut.

    I'm turning mine into a dub monster with full internal feedback looping as well as installing a Boss RE-20 pedal, TC-Helicon VoiceTone Create-XT, precision oscillator and either a Weird Sound Generator or a Where's The Party At? 8-bit sampler.

    This keyboard is worth it! :)

  • I have one of those too but I dont use it much because it turns itself off after a few minutes if you dont play it so its not much good for live use. I use a Casio Rap Man instead for sirens and beeps on stage. On the other hand it has some nice sound FX which can be tweaked in real-time as you demonstrated on your video. There is also a microphone input so you can effect your voice or even use the vocoder function of the keyboard.
