  • Casa would not allow my roommate who is from Germany volunteer, because they said they could not check her background, but the YMCA could check her background so she could volunteer. Where is the breakdown in communication?

  • @yogamelynn Thank you for posting your concern. Our CASA program doesn't have a record of receiving or processing your roommate's application (perhaps the application went to a different CASA program?). We're sorry for not being able to answer your question.
