  • yeah keep the them raised aids in stability of the pelvis and lower back. I am still working on the backflip and back tuck. getting on now almost 32 ha ha wish i started at 10. Main thing is i have fun life is cool.

  • TESTICALS?! really?!

  • @origin0balance Question how do you correctly hold a handstand because i can never do it i topple about slightly as i do it ???

  • okayy did he say keep your testicals raised? at the beggining lmao

  • BAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!! I had to listen like 7 times to make sure it was true

  • @gymnast876 HAHA yea i was laughing so hard and i just kept replaying it over and over.Well what if a girl was wanting to try this?

  • mm his backflip isnt so much good =/

  • The poor backtuck is a result of the move before it. He arches his head on the handsprings and allows his head to come forward on the snap down. If he keeps his head neutral he will maintain the momentum from his shoulders creating the "blocking" on the floor, leading to a higher set for a cleaner back tuck.

As he looks to be learning, I am sure he will greatly improve.

  • hes kinda hot!!

  • You don't have to be a gymnast to do these exercises. Excellent conditioning exercises. I am using them almost everyday since I watched this. Great for strengthening lower back and getting rid of back pain.
