i cant respect a drumline that uses match grip for their snares...it just is not right and really puts a bad impression on that line that their snares aren't good enough to do traditional

we usually alternate from year to year. The judges will usually complain that when we do play traditional they dont like it, but then when we play match they say we should play traditional. So we try to alternate every few seasons.

we went 3-4 seasons going traditional and the judges told us every year that we weren't clean. We won the State Percussion title 4 years in a row from 2000-2003. the year after we went to traditional and lost since. Oh yeah after the 2004 season when we went Traditional gripped, 2005 EVERY AAAA drumline went traditional.

well let's see north's line has people who took lesson's from a west alumni and current drumline instructor who has more state percussion trophies than you if you are from north which i'm guessing you are because you are bitter and think you are god's gift to the drumming world and you are probably still in highschool so why don't you shut up and stop trying to critique other bands when you need it yourself so just grow up

you guys are sooo good this year. it seems like you cant lose. all the compotitions you are in, you win at least 3 trophys. that is sooo good. you guys have a good chance of winnnig state again this year.

west has had a history of winning state 3 consecutive years twice, they have a right to be proud of their accomplishments.

I know that West should be proud of their accomplishments, but I'm referring to this current year in which Quads1992 said it seems West can't lose, but they have already lost twice to North. Don't get me wrong, West has a great band and drumline and they still do have a good chance of winning state.
