HI!!! like the canopy! just wondering are you using 4 HS-65MG servos or 3? and would the HS65 work on the tail or no??? please reply as soon as possible as for i have to bid on them on ebay very soon ! thanks! ttyl!
Yes I am using a 65 on the tail. The HS-65mg 0.11sec/60° @ 6V at 6 volts it's pretty fast depending on what kind of flying you do. Thanks for watching. Charles
exellent, she looks good, did you have to ballance the fuse? ive just swaped an augusta fuse for a heliartist md 500 going to do mine in magnum pi colors sad i know but i think it will look good, watch and subscribe to see the out come cheers wayne4622
I have a 2200 battery and about 60gms which am on the hunt for lights and ext. batteries to use as the weight. That will be a cool heli scheme. Thanks for the comments Charles
give armolite a shout mate i got him to build all my lights and sh*t hot trust me (can take a while tho but evey package i receive from him is well worth the wait)
A 9 tooth is only 1 tooth different than came on the Blade. The 9 tooth helps with torque and helps the ESC run cooler. I am running the stock Blade 400 motor 3800KV. Charles
might i recommend hs65mg's? i put a set in both of my B400's aint had to change servos since mate ;) in fact they were so nice compared to stock i even wedged a set into one of my HBK2's and superglued them in place (not the best thing to do but i really wanted a set in the king) ever tried running 2x packs together in parralel? might sort balance and flight time MIGHT being the word here lol
LOL, thats what ive just brought! Major changes though, im changing the trex 450s for a trex 450se i have which is much more powerful, ill put the new servo's on it and try again.
Yes, i have tried two packs in parralel, its how i have it set up now although the damb thing is too heavy! Its why im changing the heli mechanics for something more powerful.
ok then, metal head carbon blades higher tooth pinion :D same heli way more power hows that sound? goood call on the servos btw where you get that idea from?

FlyGuyRc 2 years ago
The 240 works great same as the 401 but without the remote gain. Thanks for watching.

kk cool; thx. I asked cuz my lhs sells the 240 only, but for $180 w/o servo, bit of a rip lol

My mate suggested the servos. Over all its much more suitable for the fuselage than the trex 450S. Lighter to.
