I call a "concert", especially a "true concert", one where I get to hear the person ACTUALLY SINGING!!! You call britney getting up there and lipsyncing every single song besides one (sometimes) a "true concert"?.

Madonna's Sticky & Sweet also had tons of visual elements with it. If the numbers you say are true, then it is that way because britney couldn't sell out those specifica stadiums like M could, not because it was an artistic decision!
