The DNA becomes important in proving that the fathers of the children are having sex with the mothers of these children before the age of legal consent. Imagine if DNA tests prove that the mother of these 8 year old children are only 22 years old, and their fathers are in there mid to late 40s! Or even older!! DNA matters in these cases

Have police found any evidence about facts of rape and sexual abuse? I guess that haven't. So... zionists try to ban every social group of white people. They would like that white children marriage colored or become fags.
That is why this court is misbehaving. A feminist judge is assigned to obliterate a polygamist culture in the name of liberty. I agree that polygamy isn't a great thing there but this isn't the solution to the problem. If the children are forced to integrate into public school they would be cultured in many better ways of living happily with out polygamy. Education is better then throwing hundreds of children into abusive foster homes. Foster children do go through nightmare lives.

What is the purpose of gathering DNA if your just going to take away the children from their boilogical children anyways? This is such a planned action for distraction. It's going to be a complete waist of taxpayer money and provide no real results for court use. The future of the children has already been decided by the actions of the court. The kids are already in the system. Now after it's been discovered that they have lost two kids they are making these allegations of abuse without proof.
They are going to use the DNA to prove which women gave birth to which child. If mom is 22 and son is 7 even though shes an adult now she was a child when she conceived. By TX law that is rape. Its the proof they need to charge those perverted men.
If TX authorities were interiested in arresting the men that were involved they should have been arresting people after receiving the paternity tests. The testing should have been done in a couple of weeks which mean they should be done now. No one has been arrested which means the purpose of the sepeation is not for giving criminal charges against criminals. They are treating the FLDS community like criminals because they are different.
