  • I started watching bombshelter videos in Anchorage.Hey Frank! Are you still out there somewhere?House sitting for you was one of the greatest times I ever had.Trying to touch you.See ya.

  • Awwww, I spend many a late night watching Music Inner City and Bombshelter Videos. Good Memories.

  • I miss this show so damn much, that I gathered together music videos featured on Bombshelter Videos AND the local ads (I could find). Vids & ads in a folder, play on random and it's almost like I'm watching it again. The best effect is doing it at 2am.

  • What's the cut for the Scarecrow Video spot?

  • i wish i had a vhs of this show, we used to watch it all the time. cool bands of the punk era.

  • ahhh the fond memories... hipsters circa '92

  • BTW

NAKED RAYGUN made the theme song...

  • I mean Cellophane Square...

(and that was when they were a hole in the wall, before they moved to the big store)

    hahahaha... Nostalgia indeed...

They should post all the old episodes on YouTube...

REVIVAL!!!!!! Hippies did it, why not the Hardcore X's ?

  • I used to watch this show religiously...

I wouldn't have found out about BIG BLACK (the band, not that obese bodyguard) without them...

Back in the day, crossing the border to pick up some Black Flag tapes from Cellophane Records... Glad to hear the theme song again...

  • Oh the nostalgia! I love this show, thanks for posting this!

  • If we could only find Mr. Bored singing the song "little black egg" my life would be complete. Thank you for this.

  • Hard to believe I've been alive longer since these ran than I was when they did. Beautiful compilation. I hope every kid has a Bombshelter when the time is right.

  • "I'm Thurstan from Sonic Youth, and when I'm in Seattle I listen to KCMU, join us, join us, join us"

  • KCMU -so much easier to say than KEXP. Thx Paul.

  • The best was the commercial with (then Mayor) Norm Rice
