@albokidnj if the 2.7 biturbo is as badass as it is. why cant they do the same thing to a 2.8. I have a 98 a4 b5 2.8 quattro. the .1 liter shouldnt make it a whole different car. I am a new audi owner. I have done some research on the 2.8 and theres not much other that a couple of superchargers and intakes and chips. If you can do the 2.8 like the s4 than i have something going. Probably can with a shit load of money.

@NIGGATOOTH Yea the 2.7t and the 2.8 are quite different. The 2.8 isn't really meant for major boost, so that's why you don't see many boosted 2.8's. The pistons aren't forged so it can't support too much power, and neither are the valves. The only thing that is useful for boost on the 2.8 V6 is the heads. With a larger intake port it flows much better with ported heads. Many take the heads off a 2.8 V6 and put it on their 2.7t for some crazy numbers. If you want speed get a PES G2 supercharger.

@skinnbone260 Preferences are cool, but i like almost all audi's and I only like a select few Bimmer's. The ones i like are the E30 M3, E36 M3, N55 135i, and easily the best BMW made, the E39 M5 :)

@albokidnj I know what you mean, and i'm from Brazil, here the labor is cheap, but the parts are KILLER, i just fixed the abs unit on my 99 A4, fixed it myself, the dealer wanted 12k for a brand new unit, thats like $6000 us dollars, can you believe this shit ? CRAZY !!! For cars like these you gotta know how to wrench... later man !

I've read about it a lot, they say the 2000.5 or 2001.5 are better than the old ones, they have some upgraded parts. But here they are really expensive, even the 2000 model, it costs around $23000 us dollars, wich again is fuc...up !!! I was looking at the S3 cars, but i just love the S4 avant, wich do you like more? later man!

@Jerrand shit, man its really what is the better deal, if you find a good s4 avant (taken care of) or an s3 (1.8t in these cars are bulletproof). These are both great cars if they where taken care of well. I dont know about you but once im out of college i'll be in an s4 b5 stage 3 rs6 turbo'd. I say go for it, they're amazing cars

sleeper means that the car looks normal from the outside so you think that it is a slow car but inside the engine compartment it is a MONSTER .

for example you pull up at the stoplight with your BMW E36 M3 1000whp next to a a ferrari or lambo with 670whp max and they think your car is a normal car but you have like 1000whp when the lights go green you punch the pedal go like a bat out of hell and win the race.

and the ferrari-lambo owner wil think WOOOW
