haha i whike whittle ab whurk outs lol na but this is the stupidest thing i ever seen most that is not good for your spine hes gunna be fucked up when he gets older and those exercises would take a long time to benefit from and when you actually start to see any ab ness at all then your back goes out from all this exercising lol
The joke is on you oceanside. You are obviously not anything close to an expert to speak on the topic. You just don't want to take the time to master these exercises, and decided to knock them, to compensate for your own jelousy that you can't do them.
@Bodyweightcultureman a bodybuilding athlete that also crosstrains, but maybe therese some people that are only willing to do the exercises you showed. There was about 2 that I thought would be good for a warm-up stretch.
@Bodyweightcultureman Someone like an athlete that does bodybuilding, crosstraining, MMA, boxing and qigong. If there are people that are only willing and able to do what you show its helpful. I saw a couple moves that looked like a decent stretch/warmup.
Why are you so great????????? THANKS THANKS THANKS!!! When are you going to write a book with all your exercises on the videos? I believe they are not the same as the ones you sell already. It would be nice to have a compilation of all the possible variations and exercises according to Paul. Maybe when you're older? Who knows. Thanks Paul. Reverences unto you.
Thank you for your comments. This is Paul Zaichik's video that he has contributed to BodyWeightCulture.
I would do each exercise 2-3 times in each direction as the warm up and then 5-10 times. After a week or two when you are ready, you can do 2 and then 3 sets of 5-10 repetitions.

Do i do these exercises before or after i exercise?
lindabrasileira 3 years ago
You can substitute them for abdominal exercises. You can do them before or after general workout. Mostly people do them after.
