Great video! I truly believe we will all be taking a step in the right direction by eating healthy organic foods. This also includes avoiding processed foods as much as possible.
Ms. Roth-even the pyrex glass storage containers have plastic lids. How do you feel about the restrictions our gov't is imposing on small farm growers, local farmers markets and the everyman's home garden? I think you are doing a great disservice to not include these "depressing" but "true" facts in some of your vlogs. What are your feelings on MONSANTO and big PHARMA? How do they factor into our attempts to stay healthy and eat correctly? Also, you need to address the rising costs of food too.
well my grandpa always uses plastic wraps in the microwave and it always touches the food. However one day i forgot about it and i started eatting the food. But what if i just ate the inside of the food like fish. i didnt eat the outside surface of it but the inside. Does it still release the plastic chemical in it? Please answer and thank you! i need to know and the plastic wrap is microwaved safe but it said to leave 1 inch away from the food while microwaving.
@xHeartBigbangx33 That's a great question and I don't know the answer. I don't know how far the chemicals are released into the food. I just try to avoid microwaving all together...plastic or no plastic. I own a convection oven and it's much safe I believe than microwaving.
@NutritionalChoice but we usually reheat the food by microwaving. Oven is only for baking . im scared. :( is there any cure for cancer? like eating fruits and vegetables everyday helps right?
@xHeartBigbangx33 I posted the anti-cancer foods on the text of this video. Here there are: Eat at least 1 serving a day of cruciferous vegetables: arugula bok choy broccoli brussels sprouts cabbage cauliflower Collard Greens kale kohlrabi mustard greens radish rutabaga turnip root watercress
isn't BPA in plastic leaking only when heated (microwavable dishes etc)
Because I have to buy bottled spring/distilled water and they are kept either cold or room temperature, hope it's ok cuz there's no way i'm gonna drink tap water!
@Kaede069 You may keep the bottles room temperature or cold, but you don't know how they were transported (hot truck beds) or stored (warm warehouse or outside in the sun like I see at Vallartas, Rite Aid and big box stores. Multi pure is a good water filter, and I have a whole house filter by Lifesource.
My wife is very estrogen dominant because years ago "the pill" wrecked her ability to get rid of estrogens...so we eat organic use no plastic and are doing better...thanks for the tips on what foods help detox these toxins.
Great video! I always wanted to point out that preservatives called parabens in cosmetics and deodorants have been linked to breast cancer. They also mimic estrogen and have been shown to "feed" mutations and spread cancer.

Some people do everything right, vegan organic diet, jog 5 miles a day and still get breast cancer.

@charkee1 Sad but true. But we all can take steps to avoid cancer. And a lot of it has to do with mind set.

I believe that almost everyone from children to adults, male and female have elevated estrogen mimics in their system.

It only seems most men have extremmely elevated estrogen. Imagine if beer came in plastic not in glass or aluminium.
