that was pretty good; great speed but you kinda get let your hips swing under the pole and it's causing you to lose a lot of power and energy. you just have to maintain a stiffer body for a split second longer and you'll be fine. I'd go to your coach and ask him for a few pointers cause i'm not the greatest person to ask. but from what i saw, that was one of your only real problems (and it's so slight btw, a lot less than most vaulters). so good luck man. -peace
I'm sorry, but i find lefty vaulting soo weird looking... it feels so natural to see the pole bend to the left and a counterclockwise rotation, but when it does the opposite it freaks me out a bit...
