Actually yeah. Devon's use of both his lips and subtitles communicates to hearing and hard of hearing, getting over the problem of choosing which form of sign language to utilise. The decision to present in a powerpoint like format is amusing - this dreary old office application now has become cartoonised by Devon's Atom Ant manga projection !
Hes on the right track though. Just gotta spend some more time looking at educational innovators of the last 50-100yrs
