I think I understand how you feel, kinda. However I can't really know because I am caucasian. I think I understand how you feel, kinda. However I can't really know because I am caucasian. I hope you don't mind if I point out a couple of things, first: you really shouldn't eat while on camera, it is really in poor taste and turns the viewer off. Second: I have read some of the court documents online and it really couldn't be considered racially motivated as two out of three of the cops were black. It's actually a class issue I think. More money, more elitist.

This shit with the Sean Bell case REALLY pissed me off. We need a federal law that indemnifies police against frivolous, politically motivated, malicious prosecution.
If a police officer or private citizen kills or injures a criminal scumbag, like Bell, while he is committing a crime (for example, Bell was attempting to murder a policeman by running him over), then those should be automatically immune from criminal or civil prosecution.

If you recall, a young white rookie, named Timoshenko I think, was shot dead by two African Americans during a routine traffic stop in BK, one incident among many in NYC. Well, I could imagine that police would be apprehensive confronting 3 intoxicated men leaving a strip club after one of them openly threatens to "get his gun" and shoot some "white bitch." I mentioned the incident from last summer because that cop was shot and killed in an instant, so police have to make split-second decisions when their own life is potentially in the balance. Their charges were manslaughter and reckless endangerment, so even the prosecution acknowledges there was no intent.

How does Oliver, the one who shot 31 shots, not get at the very least reckless endangerment. Two of his bullets were found at a nearby bus terminal. Two auxillary officers from boston and a woman were almost hit. The shots were actually caught on video tape.

The Jena 6 case has to do with several troubled young men who took a bad situation and made it worse. The girls in recent news are white inbred trash that can't punch for shit and beat another white girl on video.

No the student fell to the floor, started to have convulsions, and spasm attacks. He was probably epileptic and at that moment he cannot have control over his body because he is in so much pain. While this was happening, his fellow man cowardly robbed him as he knew the student could do nothing.

Well if you do want to play the race card then one officer was black and the other was mulatto. I'm neither white nor black but this has nothing to do with white people whether in your mind you feel that is the underlying problem or not. White people didn't make south jamaica a shitty neighborhood the people that live there did. Look at Jamaica Ave ever notice how there is like 2 blocks on every corner? Take a look a few miles up at Flushing. Similar busy retail district but asian... no cops.

How does Oliver, the one who shot 31 shots, not get at the very least reckless endangerment. Two of his bullets were found at a nearby bus terminal. Two auxillary officers from boston and a woman were almost hit. The shots were actually caught on video tape.
Where is the Justice in that? And to all those would be comments about two of the cops being Black, it has less to do with race, and more to do with the mindset of this nation's police force . They are even fucking up White people.

My comment was not directed at the case. My comments are more directed to the pig on camera making a fool of herself and painting pictures she really has no talent in painting. If you get the euphemism know wha um sayinnnn' I'm just the viewer she is the entertainment up there and if you put it out you're going to get it back. I will reserve my opinion on this case and whether or not it was injustice, justice, their fault, or his. I was not in the court to make that call.

cont'd...mainly because they want to avoid the media and politics of the case. I have participated in ride alongs and have a quite a few friends who are la county sherriffs and they all agree that this is a pretty textbook case of NOT following police procedure. Now police departments...well in CA are changing their guidelines for weapon discharge which will hopefully help with all this reactionary gunfire which results in a trained officer shooting an overhanging bridge...

I'm sorry but just because all people don't goose step to the status quo does not mean they deserve to be shot. 50 shots on an un-armed person gets you life. The only justification they could have would be the rodney king defense where you were just trained to be incompetent. Picking a trial by judge should be thrown out...It's funny that usually cops are the only ones that choose this option...

when our representatives sold us down the river with the patriot act we for all intents and purposes lost our freedom. This trial was tried in front of a Judge...no jury. The police state are stormtroopers....some of the cops were black....showing that cops only have one color...blue...and they protect their own.

it isn't all about race,i could care less if the police guy was white or black but that white ploice officer shot 31 shots,dont tell me he deserved to be free with no type of charge at all,he reloaded like what 5 to 6 times...dont u think he should have stoped at least midway and thought "i think i shot to much i should stop and check on the guy hes probably dead now since i shot like idunno 25 shots so far"
