  • That probably took fucking 50 years lol nice vid should come out sick check out my graffiti stenccil and tell me what you think! CHEERS!

  • i thought we'll see it sprayed in the end :/

    looks nice abstract

  • do you use regular paper

  • @HandsJClock Check the previous comments. All is explained.

  • i use plastic sheets

  • how do you reduce underspray?? is it normal paper youre using to cut the stencil? Im just learning but cant seem to get a clean spray finnish without underspray.

    appreciate any tips.

    all hail; the duke!!!

  • @treefrog2108 I use spray adhesive. This is cut on normal paper. For one-off pieces, normal paper is much easier to cut than card or acetate, and it's easier to stick down with spray adhesive.

For this piece, I didn't mind a bit of underspray. However it came out quite clean in the end.

  • @Jaymis spray adhesive. sweet.thanks for the tips and video man.

  • i use olfa

  • wtf is it?????????

  • you have to cut white part or black part?

  • you have to cut the part you want to have on canvas ;)

  • white

  • wow, dude thats awesome

but i thought when u make a stencil, u cut the black drawing parts. i might be wrong but.....aniwaiiiz thats really good

  • all those stuff was made in china jking LOL

  • You can have both positive and negative stencils.

A positive stencil is when you cut out the subject so when you paint it is the subject that is coloured and the surround is untouched

A negative stencil is when you cut out the surround so when you paint it is the surround that is coloured and the subject is left untouched.

  • That looked like hard work.

Many folk (I would call them art snobs) don't rate stencils, but I believe stencilling is an art form in itself. It can take some time to produce a good stencil.

In my view it's the end result that counts, not how you got there.

    Nice job

  • but I'm sure those same people love the silkscreens of Warhol . . . . . .

  • how you call de xacto with you working

  • It's just called a "craft knife" in Australia, I refill it with scalpel blades.

  • @Jaymis can you send me that picture i like it =)

  • that was nice... i make stencils too but not that good..

  • OMG please tell me how you didnt tear the paper i always tear tiny joints and lines on actitate!!

  • the best thing is a feckin sharp new blade and over cutting the lines a little bit so no chance a tiny snag

  • ahhhh this would have taken so long! and so many delicate areas!! Nice work, I would of gotten too frustrated to finish!

  • how the fuck did you not mess up

  • nice

  • you cut it out a piece of paper?

  • Yes. This was just a test stencil to see how it would look when used on a bigger piece. No need to have a thick, hard to cut stencil just for testing.

  • sick.....

  • these are some awesome skills man!

  • "MINI MEATERS" hahahahahahaaaa

  • oooh shit lol lucky u want it for a canvas and not the streets, it will rip as soon as youve used it once :P...good tho =]

  • dude that can rip in any time the line ar like 2 mini meaters

  • huh '' mini meaters''

  • lol minimeaters

  • lmao mini meaters

  • i would sugest getting an exacto knife

  • he's using a exacto knife not trying to be mean just saying that

  • Nice man!!!

  • oh dear

  • omg, your skills are extremely impressive

  • you should try working with a "fiskars fingertip control" exacto "craft knife"

  • alot of work...it's made on paper...after u use it 2 or 3 times it's done

  • nice stencils

can u tell me how mine are?

  • That has to b tedious as hell

  • add some music to this vid, the stencil is killer, my hat is off to you.

  • podrías decirme qué clase de papel has utilizado, que es tan resistente???

  • that's a really intricate (however the hell you spell it) stencil man i hope you post something of it once you use it.

  • why cut so close to the borders?

  • can u send me what it looks like when its sprayed?

  • yeah kinda anti climatic with the stencil being idle... very well filmed and mysterious. I was waiting for it to be used. I am also curious about what type of paper you used. I have been using acetate for my stencils lately and it works alright temporarily then it gets too mucky when using aerosol.

  • id hate it if i mucked that up lol

  • Nice Threadless Shirt

  • I have subscribed hoping that one day you will film the stencil being used... :0)

  • can any1 tell me whats that guy holds when he cuts the paper? ty anyway

  • a razor

    duhh

  • Yes, or "craft knife".

  • thats fucking mad

  • ahh this is crazy man! these are some awesome skills man!

  • that looks like a complicated stencil to cut, some lines look about fucking 0.3mm wide... fuck that.

  • Nice i did the same a long time ago :D
