Very interesting device to make briquettes but I am interested in briquetting from coke dust 0-1 mm size on roller press of diameter 330 mm and width 250mm of size ball shape 50 mm diameter of 30 mm thickness. Sodium silicate is binder. How you calculate tons of pressure develop by rollers and what will be the appropriate gap between rollers for coke dust briquetting. Bulk density of coke dust is 0.7 gram/cc. Please advice.
