sorry, Giorgio. Listen to Lucky, Sunset People, Carry On, With Your Love, I Feel Love, Our Love, MacArthur Park Suite, etc. They had a formula that worked, made money & won Grammys. I have nothing against remixes & covers - I fee love has been remixed & covered very well, but this was lacking. I'm old fashioned & have been in real mix studios like Westake in LA, so I know what I'm talking. Still, nice try & appreciate the effort - you're obviously a Donna or Giorgio fan.

No, this is an actual David Morales remix. I have the white label 12" when this was first released on very limited quantity. I agree, it's not one of David's best - usually he adds a piano line, breakdown, bass, etc - this is just a high-hat 4x4 house loop over & over - but that said, it is Morales - or at least was labeled that way when first released back in ...the 90s?

listen i am not trying put down. my comment was ment to be constructive. heres a tip

use magix or sony acid pro. open the song and use beat map it will give you the tempo and set it automaticly then every sample you bring in will match the tempo of the song. then you'll have a tight mix. it realy wasn't that bad a mix.

Skip this remix and listen to the album version of the song. The original of this song is a fine piece of audio art. The use of electronic instrumentation and chorus is exquisite. This 'remix' is devoid of any real merit or insight. Today's dance music creators should have to take a class by Moroder and his contemporaries in constructing musical pieces with some measure of talent. We need more composers and fewer DJ's.

Exquisite job Mr. Morales! I am a fan of you Mr. Moroder,and of this song. I remember how everyone in the 70's didn't understand the complex layering and sync of this song but I would play it endlessly. This album was way ahead of its time................

I think it's not that bad. What Morales has done is to add a bassline because this song doesn't need anything else to be changed, in fact he has taken the amazing last 1:50 minutes of trancey synths (which proves Moroder was a visionary) of the original putting them at the beginning so it takes more protagonism, and thus using this remix as an excuse to put an amazing tune at the ears of the ignorant people who may have never listened to any of this before.

I would have done the same if I had been Morales. I've always been fascinated by the synth work in this song, and it seems to me that Morales is too. He's just making a tribute without making it over too much, thats my opinion.

Remix? Where? All that has been done to this track is a loop and not even tight! Oh, there's also a very boring and lame bass-line too. I produce loads of remix work and I reckon I would get a kick in the balls if I submitted this kind of rubbish. They have a nerve to call this a remix, sounds like a 10 year old did it on a PC. Amazing how a 'Name' can help to sell any shit but it doesn't give the right to ruin a very good original.

Sorry that it happened to you...I didn't do this remix myself... I got it by a friend of mine. It's not an official remix as far as I know just a Dub from Morales... Not planned to be for sale.
