I remember watching the re-runs of this when Dick Tracy was a blockbuster movie in 1990. Could never get into it. That bitchass Dick Tracy always got other people to do his work and took the credit. Reminds me of Inspector Gadget

i also remember watching this cartoon when i was a kid. they would run it on tv but it sucked. like you said he always got other dudes to do his dirty work then take all the credit. on top of that the side kicks were alway lame ass stereo types. like the chink in this episode.

Yeah I always kind of prefered the Dick Tracy episodes from the Archie show, at least in that show Tracy would actually go after criminals himself, instead of staying behind a desk and delegating that job to some stupid funny animal police dog

Dick Tracy cartoon was the shet. Joe Jit-Su was my favorite cop. Fuk the PC shet. Joe kicked ass. We didn't think about that as kids, because it was a cartoon show. Look at the way the anime cartoons are drawn today: Spiked hair-small mouths-and big ass eyes.

This definitely wasn't very PC!!! But then, the original comic strip wasn't all that sensitive either. The original strip was extremely violent and many of the Dick Tracy villians never made it past their first battle with him alive.
