You don't have it.. hypocondriac most likely. Have you been diagnosed with it by a professional? If not, then go look into it because websites will only give you so much information.
I have major OCD I have to sweep my house 30 times a day. If i see one dirt spot i have to sweep the floor agine. I don't think you have OCD hun. Thats just lil what my ocd makes me do everyday.
I don't think you have OCD haha. I just found that I have it, and I'll do crazy things that I feel like I need to do. You are just obsessing over OCD by looking at statistics, and you are starting to think you have it. you just sound like a Youtube/email addict, but everyone goes through that

I do that I check my emasil too readiliy about mundain things, I also check to see my bro even though he is in the other room and I know what he is doing. I also count to let the hot tap to run hot!
There's a lot of overlap between different mental illnesses. Jumble up the neurotransmitters and you get one disease, jumble them up another way and you get another disease is my oh-so-very-scientific theory.

Yeah, it does sound like anxiety or OCD. I can relate as I have pretty bad anxiety myself. I wouldn't worry about it too much(it will make it worse) but I think it's helpful to find things todo when you get anxious, like taking a walk, talking, whatever works for you.
I just wanted to add, and it's something I have to remind myself is that I am not my diagnosis. The diagnosis can be helpful, but it's not you. As a sidenote, even "normal" peoplke have OCD like traits. :)
I think I have OCD so I can relate! Sometimes I check my email and web stats over and over for no reason. When I paint, I sometimes repaint sections repeatedly to get them "just right." I also have files on my computer organized in specific folders. Every new year's my resolution is to be less of a perfectionist, lol!
