Generally speaking, Progressive bpms range from 126-130. There is usually a massive breakdown in the song it varies on where it is, it could happen at 2:31 or 3:32. Progressive house builds upon itself as if you were layering the track with different sounds. Trance music was smart because it started to incorporate progressive like qualities and basically made a hybrid genre now.
