Hey Ducati644....thanks for the comment. The seat has been modified and cut down from the original and the guard I bought from a wreckers (can't remember if it was an old Kwaka or Yamaha guard, probably 70's) then I cut it down, re-chromed it and bolted to existing plastic inner guard.
Excellent video and a brilliant looking bike! that's the best looking cafe'd CX I've seen, and it sounds great too. Also this is the first vid I've seen of a CX in motion where you can hear more than just wind noise! Regards - Chris

Sounds great, I'm thinking about making my 79 cx500c a cafe too! Yours is one of the best I've seen so far. Beautiful!
