These Historians have just discovered the Gnostic Religion when it has been alive for 2000 years for anybody to read about ! He is just discovering the Gospel of Thomas which was discussed all through history and had some biggest fight in religion around the years 200.

All the historian around 200 to 400 A.D. wrote about all that he is speaking about. you don't need to discover this when you can go back to 300 a.d. and read what church historians had to say about all he is discovering !

All the church leaders1500 years ago call these writtings Gnontic and called them false. They were nothing but a bunch of writtings of the Gnostics movement to discredit the true writting of the church. All these Books was looked at 1,600 yrs. ago and called trash then and now we found them again. The Gnoctic hated Jesus with all their heart and wrote these books to discredit Jesus. They are saying that Judas wrote his book of the history of Jesus in about 10 hours and then hung hisself. By historian will tell you Judas did collect 30 pieces of silver for telling on Jesus and give it back before he hung himself. Wrote a book of the bible in 10 hours. That baby is good.

In 1977 James M. Robinson and his team published The Nag Hammadi Library, which contained a collection of Gnostic texts discovered in Egypt in 1945. More recently, in 2006, Rodolphe Kasser, Marvin Meyer, and Gregor Wurst published the Gospel of Judas.

This is a Superb video of some of the historical footage of the earliest pioneers of the discovery of "The Gospel of Thomas" and "The Nag Hammadi Library." The early footage of Gilles Quispel brought me to tears as I know he is no longer with us. Also, the early footage of Pagels and Robertson are just totally incredible. I wish this video would just keep on going! Just like the previous comment, "I would like to see more of this very historical footage." Please post more of it if possible!
