Really, a voice isn't all that's required for an LP, it's a personality. It's nice to listen to someone elses comments on a game you're messing around with, see if it's just you being stupid, or if others are doing it too. As for a good mic, not everyone can shell out the hundred bucks for a nice set of turtle-beaches.

If you don't like the LP, don't watch it.

1) Why do you feel the need to talk at all? Hooking up a mike and synching your voice properly takes a lot more effort than just playing the video. The only legitimate reason I can see that ANYONE would make the effort is if they were actually walking you through with relevant method commentary.

This guy, like all the others, does nothing of the kind.

Judging by his commentary, he wasted that effort as part of an ego trip.

I know that it can be rough finding a good deal, with most of the decent mics starting around the $60-80 range, when last I checked anyway. Honestly, I can deal with some less-than-stellar audio quality. What I CAN'T deal with is shit like a camcorder LP, and this certainly isn't that bad.

@hallowensora Actually, I retract part of that. I have no right to hold anything against him even if I did. This video is from 2009. A quick check for recent videos from this guy shows that he did indeed get a better audio setup at some point.  So basically, he knew it was sub par and proceeded to fix the problem.

I've been browsing through my old xbox-360 games and i came across The Darkness i thought to myself that i haven't played this game in a very long time so i figured i'd play it and MAN! Now that i'm playing it after a very long time i remember how kick ass it is everytime i play it i have ''Cruci-'Fiction In Space'' by Marilyn Manson in the background i remember when this game would be on commercial and it had that song on the trailer.
