 to add nice rumble, in the advanced menu for right trigger go to rumble and set it to 20%(both sides, it just doesn't seem right without that.

@GreatfulGamer The controller system is really bad for cod4 it is very choppy, use a mouse it's way better n if u don't want to use a mouse n keyboard do the to change ur sensitivity /sensitivity (insert # here)

@GreatfulGamer turn on smooth mouse, helps alot. also i noticed the sensitivity was more for vertical and horizontal is sluggish.

If you are experiencing problems with ADS sensitivity, try this fix: after you've set your controller to the specs seen in the vid, at the ADS button (L Trigger), right click and go: Set Selector --> Selects Set 2 --> While Held. Now, at the bottom of X-Padder, click the button labeled "2" to set up a second set of controls. Set them up EXACTLY as Set 1, but beside the right stick, click the wrench icon and go "mouse settings," then set your mouse settings to about 2/3 of Set 1's settings.

@kenny593 In order for this to work properly, make sure you are using Set 1 during gameplay, so that holding down the ADS button will switch from Set 1 to Set 2 when held down, and will release from Set 2 to Set 1 when you release the ADS button. And, if your sensitivity is still too high, just set CoD4's mouse settings down in the options menu to your liking. Now, CoD4 PC it should work like Call of Duty 4 on the Xbox 360. :)

Aright dude I tried everything and I seriously need help, I don't know how to invert my up/down looking, I changed them on the xpadder thing so down was up and up was down but now they don't work at all in game! Also for some reason the RIGHT trigger makes me ADS and the LEFT one makes me shoot! Please tell me how to fix this!
