i have the same problem with not getting anything when i put the mov. file into vegas pro what do i do?

@shrunkensk8r Best way I found was to extract the audio from your MOV with Goldwave to a .wav or .mp3 - Then import the video into Vegas, import the audio and pair them together for editing. Far from ideal...

HD is 30 frames per second, HD 60 is 60 frames per second.

hi! i just got the kodak zi6 and i have sony vegas when i put the file in vegas it just has sound no video i converted to mp4 from the cd that i got with it should i convert it to somthing else? im kinda lost i got it for a school project and i need to edit

Sony vegas stutters too much when i put the zi6 files in. Am i doing something wrong?

Firstly, are you sure it is Vegas, if I record on HD60 with a cheap memory card the card will be too slow and make the files judder. If it's not that are you saving the files onto your PC first before editing, or using straight off the camera. Apart from that I don't know what else, maybe your PC is too slow. Go to a general sony vegas forum and ask some advice.

nice video, quick question, do you get much hissing from the mic coz i saw one reviews n it seemed terrible for audio

No haven't noticed any hissing from the mic, though I mostly recorded ambient video, no music/speaking.
