@brittanybieberbible I went there in year 2000. I live in Orlando, Fl so it was about a 3 - 4 hour drive! We went in the winter time when it was cold out, so we didn't go into the water, to cold in winter.

Yes sir , Sure did make it in to EDDY Teach's ! Great recommendation ! I didn't realize that they had moved into the former Some Like it Hotter store . Stopped in and had some GREAT oysters and COOL  bevs . Loved it . I also had a great meal at the Grill in downtown App'cola . The weather was pretty wet and windy but, that just gave me more time to rest and relax . I finished three books while there . Good luck w/ the cot

@M28443 Eddy Teach's is a place where the locals go. I've never had anything there except oysters and beer, but the oysters are always fresh and the beer is always cold. It's not fancy at all, even by SGI standards, but a good place to relax. Oyster Bay is a little pricey, but the food is very good. If you like seared tuna, you'll like the way they make it.

Does anyone know how the seafood prices are running in SGI ?? I have heard some crazy stories about FISH , SHRIMP and OYSTERS ??

@M28443 I was in Apalachicola and SGI last week. Ate at Oyster Bay, The Blue Parrott, Eddy Teaches, Boss Oyster, Papa Joe's and Tamaras. The prices are the same that they were last year, and the food is great, as always. At least for now.
