I was sitting behind home plate and could see everything clearly. #1 the catcher did not have control of ball it was on the ground therefor the catcher could be called for obstruction witch is not aloud in high school baseball you can not block any base runner from getting to the bag or plate, read the rule book. #2 Base runner reached around to slap plate before catcher grabbed the ball to make a tag to late, base runner should have been called safe. Bottom line the Ump blew the call.
