I like the Swedish chef! I´m Swedish myself. So I can tell you that his not speaking real Swedish. But this is probobly how Swedish sounds for English speaking people!! haha! He is saying "Bork bork" when he throws away the big Knife! but what sounds like "Bork" can be the Swedish word "Bort" If I say "Kasta Bort" In Swedish it means "Throw away" in English! :D

Henson got the idea from a "Learn to speak Swedish" tape. He just mixes words. If you listen, most of the time, he just puts an a or something on the end of it. Like "floura the dougha." Frank Oz usually does the hands of the chef, btw.
