Good Tips. When I worked as a Vocational Consultant and Job Coach, I had to tell people time and time again to NOT wear any damn perfume or cologne, wear a simple, clean suit (That fits!) and to keep their damn cell off. I can't tell you how many times a person who was so right for the job got remembered for their inappropriate clothing and got ditch from the consideration pile. Show your personality after you get hired... play the game and be conservate in your dressing if you want a damn job!

The best advice is to learn about the company you are going to be interviewed by and think is this for me? If it is go ahead be confident and believe in yourself If it isn’t then don’t.At the end of the day you are going to be spending 40+ hours a week alongside these people that is about 8/10ths of your life! Big yourself up, some twists of truth are OK. Just dont bullshit and dont be a faker. A job interview is just a conversation. If you are genuinely a good person itll shine through.

THere is a huge problem in the coorporate world. I bought an interview book, and the author starts by stating some of the really bad interviewees he had ever interviewed. In one of them, he was so negative about a candidate who turned up for the second phase of the interview. "The first thing the interviewee said to me was 'I remember you' ". I do not see anything negative about this, except that the interview is an unsociable geek. How does that hurt his ego, or job?

Actually landing a job is easier then what all these videos are going for. The Interviewer is testing you for your abilities, mental and physical testing. Make him think your the absolute perfect person for the job and you already have some understanding for the job and the company. In that way, they would not be so judgemental and sensitive toward whjoever they are interviewing. Why should one never say the truth why they left a previous job, even if it is negative? I've had job interviews where the person interviewing me had no clue about professionalism. I ended being the one asking him all the questions. As far as dress attire, I have seen women come in with slacks and a blouse and open toe shoes - that type of attire would be looked upon as sleezy - but hey, those are the people who gets hired!! Also, anybody with common sense knows NOT to have a cell ON and then answer it when it rings! SMH!
