I have to cook for my cats because one of them has a super sensitive stomach. Last week, I made a new batch and bought gizzards, hearts and livers as well as ground turkey to cook an grind up for their food.

The problem was, that when it came to cooking the chicken hearts, they looked and smelled and TASTED so darn delicious that the cats almost didn't get them. Fortunately I had bought like over two pounds of them, so I didn't eat them all. They are really high in cholesterol, and iron.

You guys should try the beef or calf liver, just dice it up small and then fry it in oil with some chopped garlic or garlic powder and some salt and a lot of onions and cook it until it turns a dark color and the onions are caramelized serve it on corn tortillas pico de gallo and a red or green salsa, It is really good!!! I think I read that you guys have tried it and didn't like it, but believe me cook it this way and you might change your mind. Iove you guys.

Ever tried kidneys? (Just boil and slice, serve with rice.) Or roasted scheepshead. Pretty popular in North-Africa, with those nomadtribes. (Don't recommend it however.)
