Yep a select number of rooms overlook the field. On more than a few occasions fans have been given a few "extra cirrucular" activites to watch during games much to the chagrin of stadium security. ;) Room rates are higher for nights sharing an event and some events even cause those rooms to be blacked out depending on the promoter and if they want "unpaid" spectators or not.

I have never understood why the FieldTurf at the Rogers Centre is so f***ing ugly. It is like 4'x 8' pieces of turf of a variety of colors all thrown together.

wow, how much were those hotel rooms? i'm planning to catch a game there.

I got our room for less than a hundred a night, but it's usually more expensive in the summer. I've seen it in July for about $179 to $209, in that range. Not sure if it's more when the Jays play or not.

i've been to that place twice to see the mets. i have to say it is an absolutely amazing experience to go to rogers centre. open your blinds, order room service, and watch a ballgame? where else can you get that?! its absolutely incredible!
