I've never been much of a PC gamer. I play a few RTS games here and there, but I do understand that just about every single console innovation has it's roots in the PC. IW should cater to those who helped make them what they are. And by the the way, those of you who get excited about killing n00bs are sad individuals. CoD4 on PC will live forever. ^^ Still 12 000 dedicated servers up and running. It was around 16 000 before MW2 and BF:BC. XBox is for fucking kids who are pretty confident with playing with or against 9-year-olds. There's no community, and you're fully dependent on the game developer to make content like maps for you. On the other hand, we PC-gamers are quite resourceful, and we like creating our own maps and gametypes. Furthermore, we can ban/kick cheap gamers like noobtubers and Last Stand-users. On top of that we console-gamers have 3x the latency we've got, which is bad. And we've got insanely great graphics.

Spoiled? I don't think you understand. PC gaming has a unique net coding. Having a matchmaking system with peer to peer hosting results in terrible lag.
And just because someone doesn't like being shafted doesn't make them spoiled. Any console owner with half a brain cell should know dedicated servers are superior to matchmaking and they should want them too.

You fools have no idea about the price of computer parts... A graphics card than can run MW2 on THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE SETTINGS costs only 130$, if that... A Processor that can handle that? 200 dollars at most... I could make you a computer that could handle any game our right now at the max for under 800$... Buying premades from companies like Alienware, Dell, or from retailers like BestBuy is a fail... Spend 40 fucking seconds to figure to make your own and buy parts, make a decent computer.

Brilliant vid. Greatly produced, funny, and finally someone professional makes a point that somehow seems to be swept under the rug. I really aren't that much of a wanker that I cry over this kind of fails, but in this case it really fucks me up. I can't help it. And above all, emotions aside, I really, really don't get why Activision/IW chose to not support ded servs. It's not good for the name, not good for the gameplay, and in the end that's not good for sales. Too bad they don't respond.

I pray Activision doesn't fuck Treyarch over too. I'm so glad that IW's leaders got fired. Its amazing. I have both an Xbox 360 and a PC. My PC is WAY better than my xbox. The only reason people think otherwise is because they cant afford a good computer, or, don't know how to play real games... I digress, Modern Warfare 2 = waste of money. I've never been much of a PC gamer. I play a few RTS games here and there, but I do understand that just about every single console innovation has it's roots in the PC. IW should cater to those who helped make them what they are. And by the the way, those of you who get excited about killing n00bs are sad individuals. CoD4 on PC will live forever. ^^ Still 12 000 dedicated servers up and running. It was around 16 000 before MW2 and BF:BC. Funny thing is, people that left CoD4 to play MW2 are actually coming back. :o That should tell you fuckers something about the quality between dedicated servers and fucking peer-to-peer hosting. Sorry for using terms to advanced for you console-kids. ^^

XBox is for fucking kids who are pretty confident with playing with or against 9-year-olds. There's no community, and you're fully dependent on the game developer to make content like maps for you. On the other hand, we PC-gamers are quite resourceful, and we like creating our own maps and gametypes. Furthermore, we can ban/kick cheap gamers like noobtubers and Last Stand-users. On top of that we console-gamers have 3x the latency we've got, which is bad. And we've got insanely great graphics.

Many of the adoptions you hold so dear are carry overs from PC, only difference is it's wrapped in an idiot proof box that flashes red lights, requires additional service charges, more expensive games, and a massive community of adolescents. Consider that most console games are $60 new, pc $49. Consider PC steam sales, which are insane around the holidays, PLUS I don't have to pay sales tax..Consider I can keep upgrading my PC, meanwhile youll be standing in a line for 16 hours every "new gen" to drop $500 on hardware that will RROD in the first generation.
