  • i have some questions for you, please answer if you have time: i have the 2007 CBR600RR and i'm willing to change the exhaust. i'm deciding between Arrow and LeoVince, slip-on only, and i want it to look aggressive and loud. some people told me Mivv Suono is the loudest out there for the CBR but i don't like its shape too much. how is the Akra? do you have dbkiller on here? i want the sound to be low when not reving, the stock one of the CBR sucks and this one seems really low and i like it

  • @Margalus89 This is a friend's bike, but it has no baffle in place. It's plenty loud when not revving high, but quiet enough to get you all the wrong kind of attention if you are keeping the revs lower just riding "normal".

  • @90gtvert have you also heard a Mivv? can you compare the two?

  • @Margalus89 I have not.

  • @90gtvert ok thanks again, have a nice day :D

  • yay

  • The bike sounds sick! I also like the LED tail-light bar.

  • quite low revving for a 600..i guess this bikes specialty is torque then?? i dunno zx6r can rev to 20,000....hmm odd here

  • @MyBoogeryBooger your ZX6R does not rev to 20,000 unless you have done thousands of dollars of internal work.

  • @TheMachRider no you don't, i mean, it's really really bad for the bike....but it still does it stock :) i think the redline is 18,000rpm but u still can go beyond it.. but like i said it's bad for the bike.

  • @MyBoogeryBooger you mean when you downshift and over rev? That's possible on any bike. No 600cc has a redline higher than a recent model R6. The highest redline of any bike I've heard of is around 19,000 from a CBR 250RR.

You're either mistaken about what redline is, don't know what you're talking about, or have a bike that has a hugely incorrect tachometer.

  • @MyBoogeryBooger redline, by the way, does not mean the highest number displayed on your tachometer, it's the first number where the numbers begin in red. You can't spin the engine that fast by twisting the throttle as the ignition will be electronically cut on your bike at around 16,000 RPM at the most.

  • @TheMachRider i read ur first reply, and i do know what i'm talking about....just look up the zx6r, the redline is 18,000rpm i'm pretty sure........and i've revved a zx6r to 20,000rpm....ill look up a video for u someday can't be bothered now....and 16,000rpm on a 250 is normal, let alone its a single cylinder. And I know what redline is.....i'm not stupid....i guess you wouldn't know that since u don't know me so i wont stir up a Youtube argument......Anyways, The ZX6r CAN rev up to 20,000...

  • @MyBoogeryBooger and for the record, the highest revving Ninja I can find was the ZX-6RR, the homologation special bike that got up to 16,500 RPM.

  • i'm just saying like the first comment.....i think the cbr600rr is a bit low revving for a 600 comapred to the zx6r....i'm not dissing any bikes or makes here...and in this case, not even trying to diss you.....i'm just saying the cbr might be a tourqy bike but the zx6r is a really high revving one...

  • @MyBoogeryBooger i understand what you are saying, and you are just wrong. I'm sorry. look up "ZX6R dash" on google, for instance, and you won't see a single bike redline at 20,000. You'll see some perhaps SHOW 20,000, but it's not a place the needle will go to.

I don't take offense, I'm not trying to measure dicks or anything, I'm just trying to make you realize that a ZX6R does not rev that high, nor does any 600cc outside of professionally built racebikes that cost tens of thousands.

  • what make is the tail tidy?

  • your slip on is open or street ????

  • Yes I want to know the name of the tail lights on the bike too... =)

  • So you know the exact name of the tail light on the bike and the fender eliminator???

  • Do you think there will be space to place an undertail integrated light? Right above the muffler...

  • Doesn't sound like much until 11000 then it screams like bloody murder! Thanks for not being throttle shy.

  • 0:14 the bike jizzed

  • thanks for posting this, I was hoping to get an idea of how it would sound like for my bike. Any ride by vids?

  • @Snafu246 look in my other vids. There's one of it racing another CBR and a Mustang.

  • the only thing sicker than that is the swine flu!

  • hey did you shorten your akra exhaust?

  • @odihn no

  • akrapovic actually makes them to fit right unlike other manufactures like two brothers, jardine and even yoshimura does not make specific exhausts to motorcycles. That's why people have to pay hundreds of dollars to later hack them to fit their application which is very stupid!!!!!

  • Did you have to use a power commander?

  • @xtruck008 No.

  • hey mate where did ya get that tail tidy from???

  • @hannspreecbr1 eBay

  • ok ,so mad doctor mixing medicine i guess

  • Pearl Orange just like mine. Beautiful bikes, arguably the best 600cc ever built (07-08 model only)

  • What FE is that ?

  • Mad Doctor

  • wow fuel injected bikes rev so much faster then carburated bikes

i have an old 92 fzr 600 and it cannot rev as fast as that

how much faster are newer 600's like yours compared to older ones?

  • Akrapovich Slovenia the best exhaust

  • The tach on the new 600rr looks way better than the earlier models. Nice pipe.

  • ya loose the heat shield, you don't need it with an akrapovik

  • @dylanwmoh why?

  • @VituMV because there is more open space between an akrapovik and the tail than the stock pipe and the tail thus aloowing more airflow between it.

  • @dylanwmoh ah! good man

  • @dylanwmoh akrapovič :))
