  • Question. My male has a large buble nest and when he sees my female he goes berserk and when I add her to his tank he shows off a bit, calms down and then he attacks her, I want to breed them but how?

  • I used to have a tank like that but it was blue!!! :D

  • wow ur fry are too small to separate them....way too young...its gonna die

  • you should spawn them good pair but u need like a 5 or 10 gallon to spawn

  • I HAVE THAT EXACT FOOD AT HOME! LOL i feed my 2 boys those flakes, aswell as atisons betta pellets, live and frozen black worms, frozen brine shrimp,and VERY RARELY a little piece of earthworm(wash and clean it first)

  • U dont need to have male and female im diffrent tanks

  • my betta lived til he was 8!! i now have 14 more :)

  • wow. how did you get him to live so long O;

    give me tipss pleasee ;D

  • well...lets see...each of my bettas have their own 5 gallon aquariums,i feed them a diferent food in the morning and night(betta color bright)then (nutrafin) betta food at night.I clean their tanks once a week,their temperature stays at 76 degrees,they have lights on their tanks for added warmth,and LOTS of plants because they come from small coves full of plants.I also give them ''playtime'' I take a pencil or pen and run it on the outside of the tank this keeps them active and they LOVE it!!

  • OMG thank youu O;

    i had this beautiful betta once his body was dark blue and his fins were like.. royal blue and he was so pretty but i was a beginner and i didn't really know when he's sick and all so he only lived in my house for 6 monthes. it was pretty sad that he died though. but now i got 2 new betta's and ones blue and the other ones red and the blue one is pepsi and red is cola ;D and thanks so much for the tip

  • o__o i meant his body was royal blue and his fins were bright red.

  • Hey, just me again. lol They actually do better in tanks, where they can exercise. Due to lack of exercise, they usually die. They can live to be 7, y'know....

  • The small tanks are for show, I used to put them in the 55 gallon, before it was turned to soft water, now it takes too long to adjust, Im not lazy, I.. well.. ah heck, maybe I am... Im sad now...
