  • This game totally chafed my ass coming out. I really need more fiber in my diet.

  • I have the manual for this game, and it only tells you the controls, and there's 9 pages of the game's storyline and that's it. There's not even any gameplay footage.

  • From the graphics i can tell this was probably direct ported from the C64 version of the game, except lacking the great sound chip of the sid, either that or they really didn't care with this game...

  • @y2k4ever1 I think this game's music is good, except for the fact that it uses a dull low-volume square wave. I know making an audio driver is hard, but they could have tried, but oh wait, that's right, this game was developed by Mindscape, they don't try.

  • wow, a manticore barking like a dog...

  • These kind of games often make me question the notion that the NES is a fondly-remembered console. For every good game that came out for it, you had ten shitty games for it.

  • What an insult to the brilliant Myth!

  • this is sparta!!!

    1:36

this game is so bad we can make a joke of it LOLZ

  • I love these Trashy Game videos. They really make me happy. Do you ever do requests? There's a game my parents got me when I was a kid that was just utter sh*t that I wonder if you've ever played.

  • I used to take requests back in the past, but not anymore. Feel free to tell me what the game is though.

  • It was called Alfred Chicken. Kinda obscure but Oh man it was torture. You ever played it?

  • I haven't heard of it.

  • Aw c'mon, Alfred Chicken isn't a trashy game. Somewhat difficult, yes, but not trashy.

  • Well I had read some reviews on the game at GameFAQs, just to see if the game was really bad.

  • My god, that does look horrible. D:

  • Wow! This is dreadful! Conan doesn't even have a sword and where the Hell is Andy Richter?

  • Actually, you can see a sword power-up that Conan can use at 0:51 but unfortunately, he can't utilise it due to the awkward button combination needed to pick it up.

  • Mindscape and their mindless ports...

This is a butchered version of Myth: History in the Making on the Commodore 64!

  • Wow, sure enough it is. It even credits System 3, the original developer of Myth.

Too bad it doesn't have the awesome Jeroen Tel soundtrack to go with it... :-p

  • Funny that you mentioned Jeroen Tel, because I just found out that he was the one that wrote the "Mountain Breeze" chiptune, and I uploaded the video of it after this one. What a coincidence, eh? :P

  • Looks like an Amstrad CPC game

But it doesn't look as horrendous as some make it sound

  • What has this game to do with Conan anyway?

Uh..we still speak about Conan the Barbarian right? o_O' Because it doesn't look like it has nothing to do with CtB.

There is also a C64 version, which got good ratings.

Well, I haven't played that yet, so I can't judge if the rating is fair or not.

  • Wait

    Down=up?

No wounder Conan was always So pissed off. he was mad over this Game

  • Looks like Billy Bob from A52, it's that crappy i think.

  • Except that Billy Bob is like better than prince of persia in comparison with this.

  • @FaultyWin

    Agreed.

  • I like the palletes for this level. White to Red.
