@94jg Yeah we do, and I actually go to the CU Nebraska game every year, have been since '03. But we don't feel like it's a rivalry at all. Unless a hammer vs. a nail is a rivalry also.
@BlackNGoldBuff13 No, you don't get it. I was making a comparison. Our QB looked like a Heisman candidate against WKU (and maybe he will be?) but my point was when you play a crappy team and look good it doesn't really count for anything.
@Nebraskahusker23 Agreed, but certain things you can tell about your team regardless of who they play. Just in terms of quarterbacking and players knowing the schemes and playbook we are much improved. The o-line is visibly one of the biggest in the big 12. The players admitted they played a sloppy poor game and they were up 24-0 in the middle of the 3rd without much effort . We stopped trying to score and put in the 2nd string in the 2nd half. All of these things point to a pretty good team.

Turns out though that our offense was really just a unit that couldn't pull their heads out of their asses the whole season. Our O looks promising this year with T-Mart, good dual threat QB.

Husker fan here...it is always a good game when these teams meet. Will miss playing you guys every year and wish you guys nothing but the best in the PAC 10. You will do well there.
You gotta wonder why CU only plays THIS game. WTF? Why not play the rest of your whole fuckin season? If you could face NU at 9-2 or 10-1, then maybe.
Colorado wasn't in it? You weren't paying attention AT ALL. Colorado outgained NU in every quarter. NU had a 1 td lead going into 4th, and CU was threatening to hold NU to it's lowest total yardage since 61. I said good game, but your fans are too arrogant to give other teams props.

@gogobuffs6236 yeah, CU was in it because of NUs remarkably terrible offense (and a bit of spotty defensive play). but most of Nebraska's fans are not arrogant. CU fans, on the other hand, are arrogant and ignorant for the most part. ill give you props for being one of the few heady CU fans though.
I didn't leave early. It was a good game, Colorado almost pulled it off like last year. From a buff fan, Nebraska has a bright future. Make the big 12 proud! And some day I hope Colorado can get back to be in the mix.
i wouldnt say colorado was in it. it was 28-14 with a couple seconds left. Colorado had a garbage TD as time expired. Colorado was nowhere close to pulling anything off except maybe an early departure
I love how Nebraska has so many rivalry games. I'm not a Nebraska fan but I never miss Oklahoma vs NEB, Colorado vs NEB, OR Texas vs NEB
