This video, shown to Colgan pilots as part (or all) of their icing training, may be a partial cause of the Continental (Colgan) crash in Buffalo in 2009. The pilot reacted as if his plane were in tailplane stall - the exact opposite of what he would and should have done if he realised he was approaching a normal wing stall. The type of plane he was flying is not subject to tail-stall, but he apparently didn't know this, remembered this video, and his mistake killed all 50 aboard.

every pilot should see this video and avoid the loss of innocent lives. Shame on lazy pilots that use the autopilot during icing conditions.
