All of the comparisons between GSP and Rickson are really silly. In a jits match, Rickson would open a clinic on GSP; I don't think anybody would disagree with that. In an MMA fight, GSP would likely dominate Rickson. Rickson's stand-up was rudimentary, and he was no wrestler. I don't think he would be able to get GSP on the ground, which would result in GSP dismantling Rickson on the feet. The sport of MMA is a far cry from Rickson's days...

GSP has all the knowledge that Helio Gracie acquired to do doing bjj himself and being a blackbelt, add that he is a blackbelt in karate and worldclass mma wrestling, he would destroy RIckson Gracie. No disrespect to rickson, but Gsp is a higher level athlete.

@YesWeCain8 MMA has evolved just too much, it's more about who's the best athlete since everyone has access to all the information on martial arts. Rickson fought a lot of strikers and wrestlers with poor submission knowlegde. You calling this a fair fight? That only proves that bjj is the superior martial arts technique, not that Rickson is better than the next man.

Rickson may be the greatest Jiu-Jitsu fighter ever, however, I doubt that he would last against many of today's fighters, you can't just be good at BJJ. Plus he's one of the most arrogant fighters I've ever heard, saying that Minotauro has no guard is ridiculous.
